The Pi Camera Box

I was looking for a project to combine all the leftovers from previous builds. This is the result, a Raspberry Pi Zero camera that I can use for future projects . At the moment it takes photographs when motion is detected , stores them and then emails them when it’s back on my network. I love the pi camera and the ease in which it can be controlled by python code, the possibilities are endless.

Here’s an example script I’ve put together from a couple of places around the web. It should get you up and running if you fancy building your own Pi Camera Box by taking a photograph and emailing it to a giving email address. Download here.
